Position Summary:
Aero Charter Inc. seeks an experienced and motivated King Air 360 Captain to join its dynamic team. The Captain will act as Pilot-in-Command for the company's fleet of two King Airs, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command for Aero Charter's King Air fleet.
- Maintain strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company general operations manuals.
- Execute customer flight schedules with punctuality and precision.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections to guarantee aircraft safety and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a pristine aircraft cabin, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and equipped with all necessary provisions for passenger safety and comfort.
- Diligently analyze weather conditions and forecasts for departure, enroute, destination, and alternate airports.
- Prepare comprehensive flight plans, meticulously calculating weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance charts.
- Communicate any maintenance concerns or required services to maintenance personnel promptly and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
- FAA certified commercial pilot license with single-engine, multi-engine, and instrument ratings
- 2,000 hours Total Flight Time
- 500 hours Pilot-in-Command experience
- 1,000 hours Multi-Engine aircraft experience
- Willingness to relocate and reside within a 1-hour drive of Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, Missouri
Preferred Qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification with a BE-350 type rating
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII), and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) ratings
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in charter or corporate flight operations
Physical Requirements:
The selected candidate must be able to perform the following physical tasks safely and effectively:
- Comfortably sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Lift 75 lbs. to a height of 50 inches, simulating the loading of equipment.
- While seated, extend the right arm to the side with the elbow bent at a 90-degree angle, and exert a 5 lb. pull in a forward/downward motion, simulating accessing the oxygen mask.
- With the right arm extended to the side, elbow bent at a 90-degree angle and forearm pointing downward, demonstrate sufficient grip strength to turn knobs, simulating manipulating controls on the center console.
- While seated with the left arm at the side, elbow bent at a 90-degree angle, and forearm extended forward, exert a 15 lb. push and pull from a neutral position, simulating manipulating flight controls.
- With the right arm at a 60-degree angle to the torso, elbow bent at a 90-degree angle, and forearm pointing forward, exert a 15 lb. push and pull from a neutral position, simulating throttle control.
- Possess sufficient dexterity in both hands to turn knobs and manipulate toggle switches.
