Second-In-Command Pilot - Citation XLS/XLS+

Location: Chesterfield, MO
Compensation: $75,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Second-In-Command on the company's fleet of Citation XLS/XLS+ aircraft.
- Obtain and maintain a type rating in the Citation CE560-XL.
- Adhere to all rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and the company's general operations manual.
- Comply with customer schedules.
- Ensure aircraft safety and efficient operation.
- Maintain aircraft cleanliness and ensure it is properly prepared for flight, including all necessary provisions for passenger safety and comfort.
- Thoroughly study weather conditions and forecasts for departure, planned route, destination, and alternate airports.
- Prepare flight plans, calculate weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance charts.
- Communicate maintenance issues and ensure necessary services are relayed to maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:
- FAA certified commercial pilot with single-engine, multi-engine, and instrument ratings.
- Minimum 1,000 hours total flying time.
- Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-In-Command.
- Experience with single-engine, multi-engine, and complex aircraft.
- Willingness to relocate and live within a 1-hour drive of Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CFI, CFII, MEI certifications.
- 150 hours of Multi Engine Flying Time.
- Turbo Prop PIC experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Charter or other corporate flight experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs to a height of 50 inches.
- Ability to exert a 5 lbs pull in a forward/downward motion.
- Sufficient grip strength to turn knobs.
- Ability to exert a 15 lbs pull and push from the neutral position with the left arm.
- Ability to exert a 15 lbs push and pull from the neutral position with the right arm.
- Sufficient dexterity in both hands to turn knobs and manipulate toggle switches.
