Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive flight and ground instruction across various ratings, ensuring students achieve proficiency and meet rigorous EASA standards. This includes:

• Providing expert instruction for Flight Instructor (FI(A)), Instrument Rating Instructor (FI-IR), and Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI) qualifications.
• Mentoring and guiding student pilots through their flight training journey, from foundational concepts to advanced maneuvers.
• Ensuring strict adherence to EASA regulations, safety protocols, and Aero Beta Flight Training's operational procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Prospective candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and attributes:

• Hold valid EASA Flight Instructor (FI) and Instrument Rating (IR) licenses.
• Possess current and unrestricted FI(A), FI-IR, and IRI ratings.
• Maintain a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrate a minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4.
• Be fluent in the German language, both written and spoken.
