About the Role

Successful candidates will begin their careers with us in 2024 on the A320 Family. In line with seniority, the option to fly the A330 will be available after several years.

Given the limited number of positions available, competition is expected to be extremely high, and candidates are advised to carefully prepare for all assessments.

Is this role for me?

Once you complete your Operator Conversion Course (and type rating if required) you will commence flying on the A320 family of aircraft ex Dublin. With our preferential bidding system, pilots can bid for the type of flying they desire within a 5 on / 3 off roster pattern.

Essential Criteria

Essential Criteria for Application

• 18 years of age on or before 3rd April 2024
• A valid EASA issued ATPL (or frozen ATPL)
• A current ME/IR
• MCC qualification or exemption (No requirement for APS MCC)
• AUPRT Certificate or exemption
• EASA Class 1 Medical certificate
• Fluent in written and spoken English - EASA ELP Level 5 or greater
• Eligible to live and work permanently in the EU/Ireland
• Valid unrestricted worldwide passport
• Able to pass an aviation security vetting process, that includes an enhanced background check*
• Two verifiable references

*If you are a not an Irish citizen, you will require a current police disclosure certificate from your home country, if successful.

Next stages of the process

All completed online application forms must be submitted by 17.00 GMT on Wednesday 3rd April 2024.

• No further applications will be accepted after that time
• Applications will be thoroughly screened
• Candidates who progress through the screening will receive online assessments and will be given 72 hours to complete. Please complete the assessments as soon as possible as after this time the link will no longer be available
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the group assessment stage which will be held in Dublin between Monday 20th May and Friday 31st May 2024
• Candidates may also be asked to retake the online assessments during the assessment centre
• Candidates will also be required to complete a background check, company medical and intoxicant screening
