Job Title: Aviation Operations Support Specialist: Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Employment Type: Part-Time, As Needed (PRN)

Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week, typically split between Friday and Saturday

Setting: Flight Operations Center, Airfield Support, Aviation Training Environment

Location: Aerodyne Flight Services, Centennial Airport (APA), Denver, CO

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Role Responsibilities

As an Aviation Operations Support Specialist, the successful candidate will:

  • Provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Flight Operations Manager and senior training staff.
  • Contribute valuable input to the development and refinement of monthly flight schedules and operational calendars.
  • Coordinate and facilitate optimal support programming for flight crews and trainees, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Actively promote operational efficiency initiatives and enhance awareness of safety protocols and training opportunities across the organization.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Prior experience in aviation administration, operations coordination, or flight training support is highly preferred.
