Role Responsibilities
As an Aviation Operations Support Specialist, the successful candidate will:
Provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Flight Operations Manager and senior training staff.
Contribute valuable input to the development and refinement of monthly flight schedules and operational calendars.
Coordinate and facilitate optimal support programming for flight crews and trainees, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Actively promote operational efficiency initiatives and enhance awareness of safety protocols and training opportunities across the organization.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prior experience in aviation administration, operations coordination, or flight training support is highly preferred.
