The Aircraft and Crew Manager (ACM) on a Global XRS is responsible for the leadership of their crew, communication with the aircraft owner, and oversight of their assigned aircraft. They will work with the assigned maintenance manager to ensure the aircraft is maintained in a flight-ready status and to the standards of the aircraft owner. The ideal candidate is someone who will enjoy and excel at the leadership of a team of professionals seeking the highest-standards of their profession.
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Oversees all aircraft operations in compliance with ACI Jet policies and procedures.

Coordinates with the assigned Maintenance Manager to ensure the aircraft is maintained in a flight-ready condition and communicates with the aircraft owner when this is not possible.

Works to ensure the aircraft owner’s satisfaction with the aircraft operation.

Ensures the aircraft is properly outfitted for the client, and proposed operations. Notifies the Chief Pilot whenever the aircraft is not properly equipped for a proposed operation.

Recruits, or assists in the recruitment, of crewmembers for the assigned account.

Assigns qualified flight crewmembers to trips, and ensures a fair workload among crewmembers.

Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with all FARs, Operations Specifications, company policies, and company procedures.

Coordinates, schedules, and reviews applicable crewmember training with ACI Jet’s training team.

Approves and schedules Paid Time Off (PTO) for all assigned personnel.

Monitors the personal appearance and conduct of all assigned personnel to maintain the highest standards.

Responsible for ensuring crewmembers remain competent in the performance of their duties and notifying the Chief Pilot of any performance deficiencies.

Responsible for the well-being, and retention, of the crew assigned to the account.

Ensures revenue and expenses match owner expectations.

Verifies accuracy of monthly accounting invoices, and completes monthly owner reports in coordination with Flight Operations Management.

Responds to operational questions from Dispatch, Maintenance, and other crewmembers in a timely manner and, if necessary, researches the subject to provide informed and adequate responses.

Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and high-quality manner.

Ensures safety and quality throughout ACI Jet’s flight operations by fostering participation in ACI Jet’s SQMS program and promoting a safety and quality oriented culture among all personnel.
HERE'S THE TYPE OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must be an effective written and verbal communicator.

Must be highly motivated and organized.

Total Time: Minimum 4,500 hours total time; minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine.

Must have a current and valid Pilot’s Certificate with an English proficient endorsement.

Must have a valid ATP and BBD-700 Type Rating or similar aircraft experience.

Must be able to maintain a First Class Medical.

Must be able to maintain a valid United States Passport

Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or have 3-5 years of professional aviation experience.

Must be able to work as a part of a team in a high stress, fast paced environment.

Must be willing to live within two hours of San Luis Obispo County Airport
