The role

ATP’s enrollment and a nationwide network of training centers are growing. ATP is seeking a Flight Standards Assistant Manager to report to the Flight Standards Manager. The Flight Standards Assistant Manager is responsible for .


  • Primarily responsible for assisting the Flight Standards Manager with daily functions within the Flight Standards department
  • Conducting Indoc and onboarding for new Flight Standards Instructors
  • Develop mitigation recommendations and present recommendations to Management
  • Physically work from the Flight Standards Desk but work remotely as needed
  • Regularly discuss flight standardization issues with Flight Standards Manager
  • Conduct on-site Standards visits as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Flight Instructor with 2+ years of experience
  • Possess strong professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Ability to organize own work while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
