The role
ATP’s enrollment and a nationwide network of training centers are growing. ATP is seeking a Flight Standards Assistant Manager to report to the Flight Standards Manager. The Flight Standards Assistant Manager is responsible for .
Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for assisting the Flight Standards Manager with daily functions within the Flight Standards department

Conducting Indoc and onboarding for new Flight Standards Instructors
-
Develop mitigation recommendations and present recommendations to Management
-
Physically work from the Flight Standards Desk but work remotely as needed
-
Regularly discuss flight standardization issues with Flight Standards Manager
-
Conduct on-site Standards visits as needed
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
-
Flight Instructor with 2+ years of experience
-
Possess strong professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
-
Ability to organize own work while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Ability to maintain confidentiality
