Pilot in Command (PIC) - Light Jet Operations

The Role and Candidate Profile

The Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the designated aircraft, upholding ASL Group’s paramount commitment to safety and superior customer service. This role demands outstanding flying skills, exceptional knowledge of international flight regulations, and the ability to maintain composure and focus even under stressful operational conditions.

The successful candidate must possess a strong professional demeanor, demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively, and adapt to irregular working hours necessitated by modern business aviation demands. Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is considered a significant advantage.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

License and Certification
The candidate must hold a valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
A Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate is required.
A current, unrestricted EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate must be maintained.
Type Rating
A valid Type Rating for the designated aircraft is required.
Flight Time Experience
Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 1,000 hours acting as Pilot in Command (PIC) on type.
Specific experience totaling 1,000 PIC hours on the Cessna 510 (C510 Citation Mustang) or comparable types of aircraft is essential.
Language and Documentation
Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4.
Possession of a valid passport is required to facilitate unrestricted work and travel across Europe.
