Position: B737 First Officer (Future Recruitment)

The B737 First Officer supports the Commander in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, adhering to Company Standard Operating Procedures and contributing to a professional cockpit environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Executing duties related to the flight as allocated by the Commander, in accordance with Company SOPs, aircraft limitations, and performance specifications.
- Fostering a cooperative and professional relationship among crew members.
- Advising the Commander if, in the First Officer's opinion, any aspect of flight preparation has been overlooked.
- Ensuring the safe navigation of the aircraft through continuous, independent checks of geographical position and terrain clearance.
- Providing relevant advice, information, and assistance to the Commander to support safe and efficient flight conduct.
- Seeking necessary information and explanations from the Commander to effectively perform their role.
- Maintaining high personal standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of the Company.
- Supporting the Commander in developing and maintaining high professional standards and morale within the crew.
- Verifying the validity of the operational flight plan and filing the Air Traffic Services Flight Plan as required, ensuring correct stored plans are activated.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 500 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 250 hours on CS-25 certified aircraft.
- Valid EASA Part-FCL Licence.
- Date of last flight on Boeing 737 aircraft within the preceding 12 months.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union.
