First Officer - B737 (300-900)

Position Overview:
The First Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all flight operations. Working closely with the Commander, the First Officer will:
- Share responsibility for all aspects of flight preparation and execution, adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures, aircraft limitations, and performance standards.
- Foster a collaborative and respectful cockpit environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication between crew members.
- Maintain vigilant situational awareness, continuously monitoring navigation, terrain clearance, and aircraft systems, providing timely advice and assistance to the Commander.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 200 flight hours as an approved course graduate.
- Valid EASA-issued ATPL or CPL with frozen ATPL and multi-engine instrument rating (IR).
- Certificate of satisfactory completion of Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) in accordance with FCL.745.A.
- Certificate of satisfactory completion of multi-crew co-operation (MCC) in accordance with AMC1 FCL.735.A.
- Flight school report written in English and signed by the Head of Training, detailing ATPL results (including any repeats), CPL & MEIR series passes, and overall performance.
- For modular course graduates, 100 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or 70 hours if completed during an integrated flying training program as per Appendix 3 A, C & D to Part-FCL and AMC1 to Appendix 3 A, C & D.
- Willingness to convert to an Irish Licence (if required).
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 minimum.
- Class 1 medical certificate.
- Eligibility to live and work within the EU.
- Residence within 90 minutes of the assigned base in Germany.
Assessment and Selection:
- Successful applicants will be invited to complete the AON Pre-Assessment Test.
- The selection process will be conducted in Dublin, Ireland, and will involve:
- A personnel interview with HR and Flight Operations (approximately 45 minutes).
- A pre-simulator briefing.
- A 45-minute simulator assessment on a B737 platform, evaluating basic handling skills, CRM, and flight management capabilities in the role of Pilot Flying (PF).
