The Aviation Maintenance Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Part 147 maintenance training programs. This includes conducting thorough assessments of student competency and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant aviation training standards. The instructor will play a vital role in shaping the future of aircraft maintenance engineers through the delivery of engaging theoretical and practical lessons, the administration of examinations, and the supervision of hands-on assessments. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to educate and mentor the next generation of aviation professionals.
