Mandatory Professional and Licensing Requirements
Prospective candidates must satisfy all criteria listed to be considered for this competitive role:
- Type Rating: A current and valid Type Rating is strictly required for application.
- Required Licenses: Applicants must possess a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) qualification.
- Accepted Licensing Authorities: AJet welcomes applications from license holders certified by DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, and ICAO member states.
- Medical Certification: The possession of a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is essential.
- English Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
General Eligibility and Operational Prerequisites
In addition to licensing, candidates must adhere to the following professional and logistical standards:
- Education: Applicants must have achieved at least high school graduation.
- Professional Record: The candidate must maintain a pristine professional history, free from any written disciplinary action related to flight failure or flight indiscipline.
- Legal Standing: Applicants must not possess any active criminal record or criminal archive record.
- Residency Requirement: The successful candidate must accept the operational base determined by the company and commit to permanent residency in that location.
- Medical Screening: Final confirmation of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of the pre-employment medical examination performed by AJet's designated workplace physicians.
- Turkish Language (Blue Card Holders): For candidates holding a Blue Card, the ability to speak Turkish fluently and understandably is a prerequisite.
- Prior Employment History (THY Group): Individuals who have previously failed training and control flights at Turkish Airlines (THY AO) or its subsidiary companies, or who have separated from THY AO and its subsidiary companies through termination, will not be considered.
