Minimum Requirements for this Pilot / Captain Position:
- Total Flight Experience: A minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight time, with significant experience in aircraft types exceeding 27 tons.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Experience: At least 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on type-rated aircraft.
- Type Rating: A valid type rating is required for the aircraft operated by AJet.
- Recent Flight Activity: Applicants must have actively flown within the last six months, demonstrating current operational proficiency.
- License Requirements: Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). AJet welcomes applications from holders of EASA, FAA, and ICAO ATPLs.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is essential.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
- Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided by AJet for successful international candidates.
- Educational Background: A minimum of high school graduation is required.
- Professional Conduct: Candidates must not have received any written punishment related to flight failure or flight indiscipline. A clean professional record is paramount.
- Legal Compliance: Applicants must not possess a criminal record or criminal archive record. An Incident/Accident Clearance Statement will be required.
- Relocation & Residency: Willingness to accept AJet's designated main operational base and reside there is a fundamental condition of employment.
- Employment History: Candidates must not have previously resigned from Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to indiscipline, nor have been terminated from Turkish Airlines Inc. and its affiliates due to contract termination.
- Documentation: Logbook pages must be updated, approved, and readily verifiable.
- License Validity: Successful candidates must ensure their flight license has a minimum of two months' validity remaining as of the prospective employment start date.
- Health Standards: Ability to successfully pass AJet's comprehensive pre-employment health examination.
