Minimum Qualifications for Experienced Pilots:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 4,000 flight hours is required.
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: Candidates must possess at least 500 hours as Pilot in Command.
- Type Rating: A valid type rating is mandatory for consideration.
- Aircraft Experience: Significant flight experience, totaling at least 4,000 hours, on aircraft types exceeding 27 tons is essential.
- Flight Currency: Demonstrable active flying experience within the last six months is required.
- License Requirement: An Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is the prerequisite for this position.
- Accepted License Holders: AJet welcomes applications from pilots holding EASA, FAA, or ICAO licenses.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Proficiency: An ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher is required.
- Visa Sponsorship: Comprehensive visa sponsorship will be provided to successful international candidates.
- Additional Eligibility Criteria:
- High school graduation or equivalent is required.
- Candidates must have an impeccable flight record, free from any written disciplinary actions due to flight failures or misconduct.
- Absence of any criminal record or pending criminal proceedings is necessary.
- A clean Incident/Accident Clearance Statement must be provided.
- Successful candidates must accept the primary base assigned by AJet and establish residency in that location.
- Previous employment with Turkish Airlines Inc. or its affiliates must not have been terminated due to disciplinary reasons.
- Candidates must not have previously left Turkish Airlines Inc. or its affiliates due to contract termination.
- Logbook pages must be meticulously updated and officially approved.
- Upon successful completion of the evaluation process, candidates must possess a valid flight license with a minimum of two months' validity remaining from the employment start date.
- Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment health examination.
