Position Summary:
The DC-3TP Pilot-In-Command serves in a professional, rotational capacity, conducting Part 91 flight operations in support of Department of Defense maritime surveillance missions. This role involves extended overwater and low-level flight operations. The position follows a rotational schedule (30/30, 45/45, or 60/60) requiring operational flexibility.
Essential Functions

Execute DC-3TP Pilot-in-command duties for Day, Night, and IMC operations.

Operate aircraft in compliance with Flight and Ground Operations Procedures (FGOPS), FAA/Host Nation regulations, and corporate policies.

Ensure flight operations maintain high safety standards and maximize on-station time.

Prepare required reports and briefings; assist with safety management, aircraft upkeep, fueling, and maintenance documentation.

Support additional duties as required to meet organizational and customer objectives.
Minimum Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and possession of a current U.S. passport.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Current FAA Class II Medical certificate (or eligibility to obtain).

Commercial Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Pilot’s license (ATP preferred).

Active security clearance at the Secret level or higher.

Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.

Minimum 1,000 hours multi-engine time.

Minimum 500 hours turbine time.

Minimum 500 hours PIC in DC-3T or similar tailwheel aircraft.

Minimum 500 hours total tailwheel aircraft experience.

Radio Telephone Operators Permit.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Preferred Qualifications

DC-3TP Type Rating.

Multi-Engine Flight Instructor certificate.

Prior special mission or flight test experience.

Physical and Travel Requirements

Rotational deployment to various locations, including austere environments, is required.

Ability to work in diverse physical conditions and confined spaces.

Ability to wear required safety equipment, including respirators.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
$162,000.00 – $195,000.00 Annually.
