ACI Jet is seeking a qualified Challenger 605 Captain to join their team at San Luis Obispo County Airport (KSBP). This full-time position involves performing duties as a Part 91/135 aircraft pilot in a safe and efficient manner, operating aircraft under Executive Jet Management's (EJM) Part 135 Certificate, and maintaining strong professional relationships with employees, vendors, and clients.
The Challenger 605 Captain will report directly to the account Lead Captain (Aircraft and Crew Manager - ACM). Key responsibilities include operating ACI Jet aircraft in strict accordance with all company regulations, manufacturer limitations, governmental rules, and other applicable requirements. The Captain will coordinate with Flight Dispatch personnel to ensure flight operations meet objectives, provide exceptional customer service to charter clients and owners, maintain up-to-date Electronic Flight Bags (EFB), and remain knowledgeable of the ACI Jet Air Carrier Operations Manual (ACOM). A thorough preflight inspection of the aircraft, its publications, and all flight-related elements is also a core duty.
