Providing impeccable customer service is paramount, as this individual will act as a brand ambassador for ACASS while interacting with clients, crew, officials, and stakeholders.

This role demands a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess:

• In-Depth Aviation Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Aviation Regulations, established aviation practices, and techniques.
• Exceptional Situational Awareness: Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress situations while employing superior crew resource management skills.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: A detail-oriented approach to work, coupled with the ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid type rating on the Challenger 604/605/650 aircraft
• Current Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• Current Transport Canada Class One Medical
• Impeccable personal and aviation record, free from any convictions
• Legal authorization to work in Canada, with current residency in the country
