About the Role
ABX Air is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Boeing 767 First Officer to join its esteemed flight operations team. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to fly well-maintained Boeing 767-200F and 767-300F cargo aircraft, contributing to global logistics and supply chains. The First Officer will serve as a critical member of a professional flight crew, primarily responsible for the safe, efficient, and on-time operation of aircraft, ensuring superior service delivery to customers worldwide.
ABX Air provides comprehensive training that equips its pilots to operate in challenging environments, including Category III B conditions. Successful candidates will receive a Boeing 767 type rating along with ETOPS certification, preparing them for dynamic international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Boeing 767-200F and 767-300F aircraft in a First Officer capacity across global routes.
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and on-time execution of all assigned flights.
- Collaborate effectively with the Captain and ground crew to uphold operational excellence.
- Adhere strictly to all company procedures, FAA regulations, and international aviation standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Successfully complete and maintain comprehensive training for Category III B operations and ETOPS certification.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Possession of an unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with an Airline category multi-engine class rating.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours of total fixed-wing flying time.
- A current First Class Medical certificate.
- Legal authorization to work worldwide.
- A current passport with at least one year of remaining validity and no restrictions on international travel.
- An FCC radio/telephone permit.
- Demonstrated English proficiency in accordance with ICAO standards (Airman Certificate must state English proficiency).
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred.
