Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Provide high-quality cabin service, including the preparation and serving of refreshments.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all passengers.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable flight experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English (advanced level).
- A passion for service and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- A strong understanding of food and beverage service.
- Flexibility to work according to client requirements, often with varying schedules.
- Prior experience flying on Cessna aircraft is considered a significant advantage.
- Flight attendant certification is desirable but not essential. We offer professional training opportunities to support career development.
- Maximum height of 168 cm due to the limited cabin height.
