About the Role
AAP Aviation is seeking exceptional cabin crew members to join its Hong Kong crew base, operating for Finnair. This role requires individuals with a friendly, flexible, and positive attitude, a passion for customer satisfaction, and an eagerness to embrace diverse cultures.
Requirements

Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) with a minimum Grade E in five subjects, including Level 2 or above in both English and Chinese Language, OR Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) with a minimum Level 2 in five New Senior Secondary School subjects, including English and Chinese Language, or equivalent.

Minimum height of 162 cm and the ability to reach 218 cm barefoot.

Minimum age of 20 years old.

Eligibility to work in Hong Kong on a full-time permanent basis.

Must hold a Hong Kong permanent identity card or a valid Hong Kong dependant visa.

Distant visual acuity of 0.7 or better (with or without corrective lenses) in both eyes.

Normal color vision and normal hearing.

Good general health, meeting EASA Part Med Cabin Crew and Finnair regulations, meaning no long-term medical conditions requiring continuous or recurrent medication or regular follow-up.

No visible tattoos, piercings, or dental jewelry.
Qualifications and Skills

Ability to swim 50 meters continuously unassisted.

Strong communication and social skills, with a passion for service.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin and/or any European language is an advantage.

Experience as Cabin Crew is preferred. Working experience in international service or the health sector is beneficial.

Qualities such as empathy, a positive attitude, willingness to work in a diverse and safety-focused environment, commitment, responsibility, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a can-do spirit.

Ability to handle challenging tasks and work under pressure.
Conditions

8 weeks of training in Finland, with training commencing in February 2027.

Drug tests will be conducted for selected candidates during the selection process prior to clearance.
