The Role
Given the dynamic nature of ACMI operations, the chosen Captain will embrace flexibility as a key attribute for a thrilling journey. FLY4 Airlines offers permanent, 100% contracts with highly competitive conditions, providing the opportunity to be part of a leading airline capacity provider. For commuting professionals, FLY4 will facilitate transportation to the operational location within the EU/UK, ensuring seamless transitions for flight duty.
Minimum Requirements for Captains
Prospective B737 Captains must meet the following stringent minimum requirements:
- Valid EASA ATPL (A), issued in accordance with Part FCL.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate, issued in accordance with Part-MED.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or 6.
- Valid B737 300-900 Type-Rating.
- A minimum of 3000 total flight hours.
- A minimum of 1000 hours in command (PIC) on B737 300-900 aircraft.

FLY4 Airlines offers an attractive remuneration package and comprehensive benefits designed to support its Captains:
- Salary range for full-time Captain positions: €134,000 – €149,960.
- Flexible commuting options for employees residing in Europe, with the company covering transportation to the designated operational location.
- Commuting time will be efficiently rostered on working days, ensuring genuine days off for rest and personal time.
- Above-market OFF-day payment.
- Accommodation during the full work period will be covered by FLY4, prioritizing comfort and convenience.
- Standard roster pattern of 7 days on / 5 days off, with an optional 16 days on / 12 days off pattern available. Roster patterns may be subject to seasonal adjustments based on operational demands.
