Job Description: Airline Captain
We are seeking a highly qualified and professional pilot to join our flight operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical excellence, adherence to aviation regulations, and strong leadership capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications

Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

Minimum of 5,000 hours of total flying time.

Minimum of 2,500 hours on the relevant aircraft type.

Minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the relevant aircraft type.

Valid Instrument Rating.

Current Class I Medical certificate.

English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.

Current certifications in Crew Resource Management (CRM), Aviation Security, and Dangerous Goods.

Thorough knowledge of KCARs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing.

Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, decision-making, integrity, discretion, and professional conduct.
Education and Experience
Education:
Candidates must hold a valid ATPL. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field is considered an advantage.
Experience:
Applicants must meet the following flight time requirements: a minimum of 5,000 hours total flying time, at least 2,500 hours on the applicable aircraft type, and a minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command on the applicable aircraft type.
