Pilot Qualifications and Requirements
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced pilot possessing the following qualifications:
- The candidate must hold a valid Instrument Rating.
- The pilot's license must be endorsed for the specific aircraft type being operated.
- A current Class I Medical certificate is mandatory.
- Demonstrated English language proficiency at Level 4 is essential.
- Successful completion of Crew Resource Management, Aviation Security, and Dangerous Goods courses (must be current) is required.
- The date of the candidate's last flight must be within the preceding six months.
- The candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of KCAR regulations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong report writing capabilities are needed.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with integrity, discretion, confidentiality, and a high degree of professionalism.
- The candidate should be in good overall health and be physically capable of performing required aircraft maintenance tasks.
- The pilot must possess valid travel documents and be willing to travel to other destinations as operational requirements dictate.
Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, or its equivalent, in a related field is advantageous.
- The applicant must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
Experience Requirements
- The candidate should possess a minimum of 5000 hours of total flight time.
- A minimum of 2500 hours as Pilot in Command on the specific aircraft type is necessary.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 1500 hours of flight time on the specific aircraft type.
