  • Partnering with the Chief Pilot, Assistant Chief Pilots and the Aviation team to ensure safe flight operations, compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), other Federal and State laws and regulations.
  • Contributing to 3M’s global success as an indispensable resource to 3M and its customers and be recognized as the preferred supplier of air transportation.
  • Providing safe, secure, efficient, and comfortable air transportation, which surpasses customer expectations, enhances mobility, and improves productivity while supporting 3M’s global business strategy.
  • Increase 3M Aviation’s brand, inclusion and overall employee satisfaction with a strong emphasis on 3M’s Cultural Elements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Eight (8) years flight experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Airline Transport Pilot rating
  • Current FAA First Class Medical
  • FCC Radio License
  • Valid US Passport
  • 2,500 hours fixed wing flight time
  • 1,500 hours fixed wing turbine flight time
  • 1,000 hours Pilot in Command flight time
  • Completion of formal military flight training
  • International flight experience
  • Part 91 corporate flight experience
  • Flight operations management/leadership experience
